Im working out of the beautiful Sorrel Horse Mews building alongside Suffolk yoga, its a beautiful location just five minutes from the town centre and two minutes from the waterfront. The waterfront has scenic views and plenty of coffee shops and cafes if you wanted to take the day out for yourself. Parking is available at fore street or Duke street car parks (fees may apply).

What should I wear during Reiki?

Your comfort is the most important thing. There is no need to undress for Reiki, however you may be more comfortable with your shoes removed.

Is Reiki suitable for everyone?

Reiki is safe for everyone, but it's important to discuss any health concerns with your therapist beforehand. I can adjust the environment and positioning to suit individual needs. I dont not need to touch you to provide reiki. Im happy to discuss individual needs.

How do I prepare for Reiki or Healing

There is nothing special you need to do, just come as you are with the intention of leaving everyday stresses behind and taking this time just for you.

How does distance Reiki work?

Distance Reiki transcends physical barriers, allowing me to send healing energy across any distance. Utilizing intention, visualization, and Reiki symbols, I can channel universal life force energy and direct it to the recipient as an observer, the energy doesnt come from me but through me. Both the recipient and I agree on a specific time for the session. I channel Reiki energy towards the recipient, focusing on their healing needs. Despite the physical separation, the energy flows effectively, addressing emotional, mental, and physical imbalances. Recipients often report similar sensations and benefits as in-person sessions, highlighting the power of intention and energetic connection in distance Reiki healing.
